Dr. Alexander Hofer is Vice President Construction & Coatings at Rudolf GmbH in Germany, where he leads the global strategy, technical development, and commercial activities for construction chemicals and coating additives. Since joining the company in 2014, he has advanced through key roles in R&D and technical leadership before being appointed Vice President in 2025. Dr. Hofer holds a PhD in macromolecular chemistry and is a published scientist and inventor. As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, he is known for turning scientific insights into high performance and sustainable solutions for the construction and coatings industries.
