Biography
Christian Pfichner is a chemical engineer with extensive experience in polymer and resin development, including binders, UV acrylates, alkyd resins, polyesters, hybrid systems, and thixotropic resins. He is currently Head of Technical Service and Product Development at Lehmann & Voss, where he is responsible for the development of specialty chemicals and additives for the coatings, paints, adhesives, and sealants industries, with a strong focus on rheological additives for solvent-free, waterborne, and solvent-based systems.
