İlker Kocabıyık holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and brings over 21 years of experience in the coatings industry. He began his career as an R&D Engineer, focusing on the development of water-based paint formulations. He later transitioned into a Technical Sales Manager role, where he provided hands-on support for coating additives and biocides to a wide range of customers. For the past 13 years, İlker has served as Technical Marketing Director at Organik Kimya, where he plays a key role in shaping global sales, marketing, and innovation strategies. His deep technical expertise and market insight allow him to deliver customized, high-performance solutions that meet the evolving needs of the coatings industry.
