Overview
After a short general introduction of the production process and properties of graphene, the presentation will focus on high electrical conductivities below 300 Ω. Students at the Fachschule für Farbe & Gestaltung, Stuttgart developed with support of The Sixth Element a formulation combining carbon black and graphene achieving electrical conductivities of less than 150 Ω. The work reveals that type of dispersing agent is key for the performance of graphene. Same is valid for the ratio between carbon black and graphene. The presentation will give also an outlook what is currently happening in Asia combining graphene and other carbon nano-materials.
